# Janis Pütz

> Fractional .NET architect for SaaS teams, based in Osnabrück, Germany (remote-first, DACH). 13+ years of C#/.NET product development across four sectors (automotive, DMS/ECM, agtech, booking systems). Designs architecture and builds it too — into production, with tests, monitoring, and AI-augmented delivery. Supporting evidence (not the headline): CQRS and event-sourcing production experience since 2013; Clean Architecture (ports & adapters) shipped at CARIAD (Volkswagen Group, 2022–2024); greenfield DMS architected with ~80% test coverage as the daily standard (past engagement); domain model reworked at an agri-robotics SaaS so one codebase ships as two products. Runs his own booking SaaS (buchungsnest.de) in production with external customers — built on an event-sourced core with its own CI/CD, staging, and OpenTelemetry monitoring, including GDPR-compliant erasure via crypto-shredding (personal data encrypted per person; erasure destroys the key while remaining provable in the audit log). AI-augmented delivery in concrete terms: a nightly Claude Code error triage opens pull requests for human review; weekly infrastructure trend analyses become issues.

Also runs Tigerware, a founder-led engineering studio applying the same design-and-implement approach at project scale.
